Sampling accuracy

• Uniform cutter speed – maximum 0.6m/s {24”/sec}
• Cutter gap is 3 times nominal top size of material with a minimum of 30mm Sampling frequency recommended as per international standard for particular metal. Design conforms to ISO, DIN, ASTM, BS or AS specification as required

Application

• Slurry launders from 400mm {16”} to 3500 {138”} wide
• Adapted to sample most mineral slurries and liquids in gravity flow circuits. E.G Flotation, CIL, etc. Up to 5000m3/hr

• Uniform cutter speed – maximum 0.6m/s {25”/sec}
• Cutter gap is 3 times nominal top size of material with a minimum recommended of 20mm {0.8”}
• Sampling frequency and design conforms to the internationally recognized standards
• Cutter at 90◦ to slurry trajectory with a sharp parallel and adjustable blades
• All client mandatory cutter designs etc. Are accommodated and supplied
